If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn and in perfect condition. Just fill in the returns form enclosed with your order or follow the guidelines below.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON KIMONOS, CORSETRY, PLAYING CARDS, LATEX OR HOSIERY ONCE IT HAS BEEN OPENED, WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

how to return a product

Please return goods unworn - please try on all knickers over your lingerie as we will not accept returns of soiled or worn lingerie.
Please clearly fill in the returns form (enclosed with your order, or click below to download), giving all necessary details and enclose in your return package.

We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that you send them by registered post and retain proof of posting. Please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us (longer if outside of the UK) and 7-14 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued.

Refunds will be issued via Paypal for security
We do not issue refunds to a third party
We do not refund postage
We do not refund goods damaged during washing
