You can also opt for our luxury gift-wrapping service, which will mean your order arrives wrapped in tissue and ribbon, in a beautiful Lascivious gift box.

Our gift wrap service also gives you the option of adding a personal message. This service is offered free on non-sale orders over £200.00.

Lascivious Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and visitors to our site. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties, except in the case of providing a service to you, for example organising for an order to be sent to you or carrying out credit and other security checks (including anti-fraud checks) or unless we have your express permission to do so.

We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card or personal information to any third party.

The Lascivious website uses WorldPay as our hosted payment solution, and as such Lascivious is not privy to your sensitive financial details, all transactions are handled by WorldPay which uses SSL an internet standard encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data when you confirm a purchase. This technology is known as SSL (secure sockets layer). You can tell that the pages are secure because the address in the address bar changes from being http: to https:. 
You will also see a padlock symbol or an unbroken key in the bottom bar of your browser. This will only appear in the checkout process as that is the only part of the site that deals with your credit or debit details.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn and in perfect condition. The only exceptions are on the following goods:

Kimonos, Corsetry, Playing Cards, Latex or hosiery once the packaging has been opened. We apologise for any inconvenience.

How to return a product

• Please return goods unworn- we will not accept marked or soiled goods.
• Clearly fill in the returns form printed on the reverse of the packing slip, completing all necessary fields and ensure this is enclosed in your return package.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that you send them by registered post and retain proof of posting. Please allow 2-3 days for your package to reach us (longer if outside of the UK) and 7-14 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued.

To place your order, please select the goods and size if appropriate; add the quantity and select ‘Add to Basket’. This will automatically take you to a new screen where you can view your shopping basket and your order so far. You have the option to add to wishlist, edit the quantities listed, delete goods, continue shopping, update your basket or to proceed to checkout.

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, occasionally errors may occur. If we discover an error we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of amending your order or cancelling for a full or part refund.

Lascivious uses a Worldpay payment system, which gives you the opportunity to pay via credit or debit card, or Paypal. Security is probably one of the most significant concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations.

The WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, our public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that both the shopper and retailer can have confidence that nobody can impersonate WorldPay to obtain confidential information.

Transaction Encryption

The transfer of the purchase details from the retailers site to WorldPay are encapsulated using an encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.

Promotional Codes

Lascivious may offer promotional discount codes to individuals or groups of people from time to time. Each code will have its own specific terms, for example when it is valid from and until, and what discount or offer it provides you. However, general terms for the use of voucher codes are:

1. They are not valid for use in conjuction with any other offer or discount promotion and may not be used on sale items.
2. They cannot be used to purchase online gift vouchers.
3. Voucher codes may not be passed to a third party.
4. Lascivious reserves the right to withdraw or alter any promotion at any time without prior notice.

To use a discount code, simply enter it in the box provided at the checkout. If you find that the code is not working, please contact us at info@lascivious.co.uk and we would be happy to assist you.

Competitions and Giveaways

We will on occasion offer competitions or giveaways, each with its own terms, for example when it starts and ends, the prize given and what you need to do to enter. However general terms for entering Lascivious competitions are as follows:

1. There is no cash alternative to a prize
2. All winners will be chosen at random, unless the competition rules state otherwise, for example if the competition involves a design element that will be judged.
3. The judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. Winners will be notified by email, phone or post within 28 days from when the competition has ended and must respond within 7 days to confirm acceptance of the prize. If we are unable to contact the winner, or do not receive confirmation of acceptance we reserve the right to choose an alternative winner.
5. Details of the winner will be available upon written request.
6. Competitions are not open to Lascivious staff and family.
7. Entrants must be over 18 years of age to claim a Lascivious prize. We reserve the right to ask for identification before a prize is dispatched.
8. Lascivious does not accept responsibility for entries which are not properly received due to factors beyond our control.
9. Competitions are created by Lascivious Ltd, First Floor, 79 High Street, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, KT121DN. We reserve the right to withdraw or alter any promotion at any time without prior notice.

To view your previous orders you must be an account holder, once you create an account with Lascivious and purchased items online, these orders will be stored in your account, viewable to you only.

If you wish to update your account information simply log in which will take you to 'My Dashboard'. Here you can edit your Account Information including contact details, newsletter subscription and your address book. The ability to manage your shipping addresses is a new feature to the site, and means you can easily ship to a range of addresses which will be stored to your account.

Lascivious Ltd (at the address below) is the data controller for the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act).

You have the right to access the information which Lascivious Ltd holds about you and your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you. If you wish to verify the details you have submitted to Lascivious you may do so by contacting us via info@lascivious.co.uk or the address below. Our security procedures mean that we may request proof of identity before we reveal information. This proof of identity will take the form of your e-mail address and password submitted upon registration. You must therefore keep this information safe as you will be responsible for any action which we take in response to a request from someone using your e-mail and password. We would strongly recommend that you do not use the browser's password memory function as that would permit other people using your terminal to access your personal information.
